Alongside his role as a researcher at Paramadina Public Policy Institute, Abdul-Qadir is as educational personnel at Paramadina. He has been holding this role since 2018. In his professional life, he is enthusiastic about learning and researching the development of digital systems. His research interests also include research and training in digital technology. Abdul-Qadir holds a Bachelor’s degree from the State Islamic University Jakarta and a Master’s from the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore. His professional career path has been complemented with various skills such as communication, time management, qualitative and quantitative methods, as well as collaboration, and teamwork.
