Sherly is a lecturer at Paramadina University, teaching Diplomacy and Asia Pacific Region. She obtained her bachelor degree in social science particularly in international relations from Paramadina University. Sherly has developed her interest in social issues and impact investment since 2013 when she worked as general secretary at an NGO which focused in social issues, creating sustainable impact and youth empowerment. She also worked as vice president at National Rover Scout Council under Ministry of Youth and Sport between 2013-2015 focusing on youth program. She holds a master’s degree in social impact investment under business and law faculty from Swinburne University, Melbourne, Australia (2016-2018). She, also, was a journalist in ANTARA News, in which she focused on political and economic issues (2015).
