Kenita is a permanent lecturer in the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Paramadina University. With a background in Psychology and Management, she specializes in Human Resource Management and organizational behavior.
She is actively involved in training and mentoring, including digital and branding programs for SMEs with disabilities, teacher training in the MBKM program, and digital literacy for MSMEs, reflecting her commitment to community empowerment.
