Funding

Our funding come from our extensive network that consists of generous individuals, private
companies and international organizations who shares the same vision and values with the
Institute. For management purposes, all funds fall into one of the following categories:

General funds: This is a pooling fund to finance the Institute’s operation. We expect
funding from the business community, as well as from individuals and international
institutions. The Institute establish an endowment fund and invest the fund in some
investment alternatives that inline with our liquidity needs risk profile, and return expectations.

Projects or programs funds: This is a project-related fund. The Institute invite single
or several donors for each project. We expect that 20 – 30 percent of our fund will come
from this type of funding. However, we ensure that the funding source has no influence on
our integrity and policy recommendations.

We understand it is a difficult time to secure funding so we plan to make the most efficient
use of our Institute’s resources.
